RAWKIN’ HAWKS

Anyone interested in trying out for Rawkin’ Hawks:  There will be an interest meeting in Mr. Waldrip’s room – D106, on Thursday at 3:30pm.  The application process will be discussed as well as the timeline for tryouts.

The Business Professionals of America attended their Regional leadership conference on Saturday at Burkburnett High School.  The following students placed as State Qualifiers or State Alternate to advance to their State competition.

ATHLETICS

Birdville ISD Parents and Athletes are encouraged to get a jump on the college selection process by attending a FREE Introductory Seminar Monday, Feb. 11^th, at 6:30pm at the Thomas Coliseum.  This seminar will be conducted by the Collegiate Athlete Educational Program.  Pre-Registration must be completed by Feb. 4^th. (email becky@collegiateathlete.com).  The seminar, “The Big Picture” will begin at 6:30pm.  Both the student athlete and a parent must attend together.
